Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to profiles, messages, posts, comments, uploads, creator tools, premium areas, dating features, and all other parts of iTRUEMATCH.

1) Be respectful

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, shame, or intimidate other users.
• Respect boundaries, consent, privacy, and personal choices.
• Do not use hate speech, slurs, violent threats, or targeted abuse.

2) Be authentic

• Do not impersonate another person, business, creator, or public figure.
• Do not use misleading photos, fake identity claims, or deceptive profile details.
• Do not create accounts for spam, scams, manipulation, or platform abuse.

During early access, iTrueMatch may use curated discovery profiles to support discovery quality, product testing, and profile browsing while the community grows. These profiles do not show live activity, verified status, read receipts, typing indicators, automated replies, or automated posts.

3) Keep content lawful and consensual

• No illegal content or activity.
• No underage content or attempts to interact sexually with minors.
• No non-consensual intimate content or threats to share private content.
• No sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse.
• No solicitation of sexual services, prostitution, or compensated sexual activity.

4) Protect privacy

• Do not post another person’s private information without permission.
• Do not share private messages, images, or personal details to shame, threaten, or exploit someone.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s account or private data.

5) Payments and premium access

Paid access, subscriptions, Creator Unlocks, Paid Unlocks, Premium Society access, and premium features are allowed only for legal non-explicit content and lawful platform access. They must not be used for adult paid content, sexual services, prostitution, compensated sexual activity, scams, exploitation, non-consensual content, underage content, stolen content, harmful content, or illegal activity. This kind of behavior is treated as user misuse, not the official purpose or product promise of iTRUEMATCH.

6) Enforcement

We may dismiss reports, remove content, reduce visibility, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve records where needed for safety, security, legal compliance, Paid Unlock misuse review, Creator Unlock misuse review, or abuse prevention.

7) Report violations

To report a violation, contact support@itruematch.com with the relevant username, profile, post, message, screenshot, and timestamp.
