iTRUEMATCH is designed for adult users. Users are responsible for their interactions, messages, profile content, and offline meetings. These safety guidelines help protect members and keep the platform trustworthy.

1) Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use iTRUEMATCH. The Service is not intended for minors.

2) Meeting other users

• Meet in public places when meeting someone for the first time.
• Tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Do not share sensitive personal information too quickly.
• Leave any situation that feels unsafe or uncomfortable.
• Use caution when someone asks for money, gifts, payments, or financial help.

3) Prohibited safety risks

Users may not use iTRUEMATCH to promote or engage in:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or intimidation.
• Scams, impersonation, spam, or fraudulent activity.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, or underage content.
• Solicitation of sexual services, prostitution, or compensated sexual activity.
• Misuse of Paid Unlocks, Creator Unlocks, subscriptions, or premium access for adult paid content, stolen content, harmful content, exploitative content, or illegal content.
• Illegal activity, hate, violence, or abuse.

4) Reporting safety issues

If you experience or notice a safety issue, contact support@itruematch.com. Include the username, profile, message details, screenshots, and any relevant timestamps.

5) Account action

iTRUEMATCH may dismiss reports, remove content, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or terminate accounts when users violate safety rules, community standards, Paid Unlock rules, Creator Unlock rules, or applicable law.
