Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how iTRUEMATCH (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Service.
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
1) Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information (e.g., email, display name, login metadata).
- Profile information you choose to provide (e.g., photos, bio, location, preferences).
- Content and communications (e.g., posts, comments, messages) as needed to provide Service features.
- Usage and device data (e.g., pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser type, basic device identifiers).
-
Payment and subscription information, including the selected plan,
product identifier, transaction or order identifier, original transaction identifier,
purchase token, receipt or signed transaction information, purchase and expiration dates,
subscription status, store environment, and an app-account identifier used to associate
a verified purchase with the correct iTRUEMATCH account. Apple, Google, and website payment
providers process the underlying payment credentials. We do not receive your full Apple ID,
Google account password, or complete card credentials from those providers.
- Safety and moderation information (e.g., reports, block actions, reported content, admin review notes, enforcement status, and records needed to investigate misuse of Paid Unlocks, Creator Unlocks, messages, profiles, posts, or premium features).
2) How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including personalization and safety).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Enable features like matching, creators, messaging, comments, reactions, and subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents.
- Review reports, enforce Community Guidelines, investigate Paid Unlock or Creator Unlock misuse, remove prohibited content, warn users, suspend accounts, ban accounts, and preserve records where needed for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.
3) How we share information
We may share information:
- With other users based on what you publish (e.g., profile, posts, comments). You control some visibility via your actions and settings.
- With service providers who help operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, authentication).
-
With Apple, Google, and payment processors to present localized products,
process purchases, verify transactions, restore qualifying purchases, manage subscription
status, prevent fraud, resolve billing issues, and comply with applicable financial or legal requirements.
- For legal reasons when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
4) Third-party services
The Service may rely on third parties, including cloud hosting, databases, email delivery,
authentication providers, Apple App Store services, Google Play services, and website payment
providers. These providers may process information needed to deliver their respective services
under their own terms and privacy policies.
For native subscription purchases, Apple or Google processes the store account and payment method.
iTRUEMATCH receives only the transaction and subscription information needed to verify the purchase,
associate it with the correct signed-in account, restore access, provide support, prevent fraud,
maintain billing records, and comply with applicable law.
5) Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve reliability.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.
6) Data retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as security and compliance).
You may request account deletion subject to operational and legal constraints.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.
No system is 100% secure; do not share sensitive information you do not want exposed.
8) Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing.
You can also update some information directly in your account settings.
9) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards.
