These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iTRUEMATCH website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not intended for minors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may submit content such as profile details, photos, posts, comments, and messages (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to make it available to other users as intended by the Service features you choose to use.
You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights to post it. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Some features may require paid subscriptions or one-time payments (“Paid Features”). The exact product name, included access, billing period, and localized price are shown before purchase. Where applicable, taxes may be added.
Digital subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Digital subscriptions purchased inside the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing. Purchases made on the iTRUEMATCH website are processed separately through the website payment method selected at checkout. Each billing channel remains subject to its own payment, cancellation, refund, and account-management rules.
Native app subscriptions are auto-renewable. They renew every month at the localized renewal price shown by Apple or Google unless canceled before the next renewal. Apple subscriptions can be managed through Apple subscription settings, and Google Play subscriptions can be managed through Google Play subscription settings. Deleting an iTRUEMATCH account does not by itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Restore Purchases checks the applicable store account for qualifying active purchases and, after successful verification, restores the corresponding access to the signed-in iTRUEMATCH account. Restore Purchases does not create a new charge, cancel a subscription, or issue a refund.
Paid Unlocks, Creator Unlocks, subscriptions, Premium Society access, and other paid features are intended only for legal, non-explicit content and lawful platform access. They may not be used to sell or distribute adult sexual content, sexual services, prostitution, compensated sexual activity, exploitative material, non-consensual content, underage content, stolen content, harmful content, or illegal content. Any such use is user misuse and is not the official purpose, promise, or product offering of iTRUEMATCH.
Unless required by applicable law or specifically stated at checkout, payments for digital access, subscriptions, and premium features are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google are handled under the applicable store’s refund procedures and policies. For website payment mistakes, duplicate charges, or technical billing issues, contact support for review.
The Service may facilitate meeting other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others, including any offline meetings. Use good judgment and take reasonable safety precautions. We do not conduct criminal background checks and do not guarantee user identity.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, eligibility, or limits. We are not liable for any change or interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
During early access, iTrueMatch may use curated discovery profiles to support discovery quality, product testing, and profile browsing while the community grows. These profiles do not show live activity, verified status, read receipts, typing indicators, automated replies, or automated posts.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTRUEMATCH and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service, or for other legitimate reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
