Is iTRUEMATCH just a dating app?
No. Dating is one part of iTRUEMATCH. Pulse connects Dating, Explore, Premium Society, Concierge, membership, and your account experience inside one ecosystem.
How do membership tiers work?
Free gives you the starting level of Dating access. Plus expands your Dating tools with unlimited swipes, Stars, messages, read receipts, and advanced match and compatibility filters. Elite includes Plus and adds Elite Review, curated shortlist access, and Premium Society application access. Concierge includes Elite and adds the managed matchmaking experience.
Does Elite automatically unlock Premium Society?
No. Elite gives you access to apply for Premium Society. Premium Society remains a separate member area, so approval, eligibility, and its own profile requirements may still apply before access is granted.
Is Explore locked behind a paid plan?
No. Explore is not a direct paid-tier unlock. It uses its own first-time profile setup and participation rules inside the iTRUEMATCH ecosystem.
What happens after I sign up?
After signup and account setup, you enter Pulse — your central iTRUEMATCH dashboard. Pulse shows your account status, notifications, available modules, and the areas that are open, approved, locked, or still require setup for your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a paid membership through your account settings. Your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
